PRESALE Black Angus 1/4 Cow

The total price of a 1/4 Cow Share is $1,195 ($200 deposit + $995 due at processing)

To Secure your beef share:

1. Pay our $200 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance.

2. You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately two weeks from your selected processing date. We will then arrange a time for pick up or delivery.

3. Your remaining balance of $995 will be due at the processing date.

With our 1/4 Cow Share, you will receive the following:

• Ground Beef - (45) 1lb packages

• Filet Mignon - (3) 2-2 1/2” steak

• New York Strips (4) 1.25” steak

• Stew Meat Packs - (5) 1lb packages

• Round Roasts - (3) 3lb packages

• Chuck Roasts - (3) 3lb packages

• Bone-In Short Rib Plate (2-3 lbs.)

• Split up between the 1/4 share - Flat Iron, Tri-Tip, Flank Steak, Skirt Steaks
